To simplify the whole process, I've compiled a music list for you, that is not made up of my personal choices, but by the averages of all the successful songs played and requested at every event I perform at.

My aim is to always play the music both you and your guests want, and need to hear, and as well as accommodating your favourite music Your guests are encouraged to request their choices throughout the event, and at the same time I will bear in mind your personal wishes, and apply professional discretion with regard to any requests made.

MONITORING THE DANCEFLOOR ...

Ensuring the right music is played at the right time, is called reading the crowd. I constantly monitor the dance floor for the crowd reactions to the music being played.

For example, if a particular music style or era is working well, I will continue to play more of these songs. If, on the other hand, a particular genre of music is not working so well, I will move on and try another.

The art of this, is that I will spot small tell-tale signs, and adjust the music early, ensuring you of a packed dancefloor at all times.
