For me, It all started one night in the early eighty’s at the local hotel disco, walking into the venue and seeing everyone having a great time dancing away their work day blues socialising, meeting new people and catching up with old friends.

The enthusiasm and skill the DJ used to create this atmosphere and keep the dance floor pumping inspired me. It was a great night and I decided there and then that I wanted to do the same.

After doing some time with a few DJ’s setting up and learning the ins and outs, I set about creating my own company and from then and until the mid 1990’s I worked at a good majority of Melbourne hotels, night clubs, and 4 & 5 star reception venues. This included a very healthy diet of weddings, corporate events, and other various types of parties as a mobile DJ/MC.
